Algorithm Literacy: Bridge between High End Technologies and Language Education

The purpose of this study is to propose Algorithm Literacy as a concrete methodology for applying cutting edge technology based services and contents effectively to English teaching and learning activities in forth industrial revolution era. By transferring teaching and learning methods into algorithm, it is possible to integrate the technologies and the English teaching and learning methods more organically.
